The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Training is a comprehensive two-day program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to create and utilize value stream maps. Delivery Methodology

  • Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
  • Hands-on Workshops where participants can create VSM diagrams for actual manufacturing processes.

  • Gemba Walks ( if it’s in house)  where participants visit the actual production floor to observe and map value streams in real time.
